So we're back! I've been out of commission because i've been updating my computer. The next couple of posts will bring you up to speed from last week.

Dilana's snow adventures

So we managed to break out of the house for a couple of minutes during this past snow storm. A friend of mine lent me a snowsuit and I wanted to try it out on Dilana. It's much too big for her, but it worked for my purpose.

7 months old!!

Dilana is 7 months today! I tried to get a good shot...unsuccessfully

In order to make my life a bit more manageable, I created a schedule of no more than 2 (household) tasks per day. Tuesdays include washing Dilana's hair. I know its Thursday now, but I figured I'd go back to Tuesday today...

She loves the water by the way. (and this tub needs to go back to the Davis' :c) (This weekend I promise!)

Snow = Time with Daddy

Dilana has enjoyed this snowy weather. Particularly because she has been able to enjoy her daddy all to herself.

So a while back, I made Dilana a scarf. Ever since then, i've been trying to teach myself how to make a hat. I found a youtube video that showed me how to make a hat. I started two days ago and I finished it today. I was so excited that I was picking up on how to do it that I forgot to take a picture of the very beginning stages...oh well. This is what I have!

daddy's girl

Watching her dad with the remote has spawned an intense desire for Dilana to have the remote. She would devite all of her energy to migrating over to its location and attempting to steal it. We recently gave her a remote that had stopped working (but looks exactly the same) and now she has NO interest. She plays with it for 10 seconds and then puts it down. Go figure...
